Dear Mr. Crepes & Waffles President,

I would like to inform you about the bad time I spent with two of the employees (waiters) of Crepes & Waffles located in the Central park, while I was having a good time with my family on 15^th May 2009 in the afternoon.

Unfortunately, these two of your employees, who I understand that they are called John Medina and Christina Pérez , were very rude and had a bad behavior with my family and me. It was a shame that my family that comes from the United Kingdom has had to witness such disrespect. I would have never expected that a restaurant with such a high-ranking had employees as so little helpful and with so little education like those. Now I do not know how to classify these restaurants that I thought were so fancy.

I tried to solve this problem respectfully with those people but they refused to have a warm conversation with me.

To resolve the problem completely, I would like to have a meeting with you and id it is possible, with the two employees too. I want things to be clear and you make a decision about the position of these people. You should know that if you do not take the respective actions towards this problem, in the future you could have more problems with more clients.
